Roslyn Bazzelle, creator of PIYOLET believes a fusion of PI-Pilates, YO-Yoga and LET-Ballet allows your body to gain the benefits of all formats while attaining amazing strength and flexibility.
PIYOLET is a unique class designed to build strength flexibility and encourage total mind and body awareness. The moves flow together smoothly into one seamless workout and the participants do not have to wear tights, use a ballet barre or a reformer machine. You truly use your mind and body completely to move through the exercises and challenge your muscles in different ways.
By becoming an Instructor, you will be joining a very exclusive group of people that can teach the PIYOLET format. You will be able to help others experience the POWER of PIYOLET. To become a PIYOLET Instructor, just attend one of the upcoming certification workshops. We will teach you how to lead others through the PIYOLET workout along with the basics of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 18 years of age
2. Group Fitness Certification from AFAA, APEX, ACE or an equivalent organization.
3. Current CPR Certification
Cost: $200.00 Regular Rate

Instructor Training Benefits:
· 5 hours of practical training with creator Roslyn Bazzelle that will help you learn proper form & technique

· Receive a certificate of completion valid for 2 years
